I run group classes to allow participants to benefit from my expertise as well as get the benefits and support of a group setting.

For your first visit you will receive a new client bag and get the materials needed to get you started on your weight loss journey .............

 Topics discussed in the group 

- Strategies for continual  weight loss

- Tips and professional discussions on health and behavior modifications

-To assist with continual success through the weight loss process

-To discuss relevant topics pertaining to the group and relevant issues that come up for everyone on a regular basis

(we intend on monitoring the groups to better support everyones personal needs)

-Weight maintenance phase for a long term healthy weight 

 

The initial class includes

- A specific diet with a nutrition plan for weight loss.

- A food portion equivalent guide

- A shopping list for local grocery stores

- Finding out your initial weight

- Food diary sheets as well as application of smart phone suggested

- Meal plans   

 

 Please read ( this applies to all Michelle's clients not just people who decide to join the support group) 

Be out anywhere and have your portions monitored through Facebook or texting send us a picture of what you are eating and we will respond with the nutritional information of what you are eating within the hour  

 - We will do this using any form of social media that you would like to better help you get the results you've always dreamt of
