WARM UP: 30 BRIDGES AND 10 (EACH SIDE) OPPOSITE ARM TO LEG ABS X 3 TRIALS
WITHOUT REST

1ST CIRCUIT:  

PRONE LEG CURLS (45lbs x 15 reps)
WALKING LUNGES (BODY WEIGHT)
SEATED LOW ROWS (40lbs x 15 reps)
CABLE COLUMN TRUNK ROTATIONS (15lbs x 15 reps each side)

2ND CIRCUIT:

DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS (15lbs x 15reps)
KETTLE BELL SQUAT INTO UPRIGHT ROW (20lbs x 10reps)
KETTLE BELL SWINGS (20lbs x 10reps)
DIPS OFF A FLAT BENCH WITH BENT KNEES (15 reps)
BALL SLAMS FROM OVERHEAD (8lb BALL)

*EACH CIRCUIT IS PERFORMED FOR 3 ROUNDS (UPWARDS OF 5 ROUNDS)
