Michelle's Meal Plan Summary
My meal planning process is a change in lifestyle to promote healthier well balanced eating and as a result weight
loss occurs. I encourage foods you would incorporate in your diet on a regular basis, but I show you how to incorporate it
in amounts and durations necessary to promote regular weight loss.
The meal planning I encourage is a wholesome food intake from all the food groups, including fruits,
vegetables, grains, starches, lean meats, poultry, eggs and dairy products. Eating this way you will find it enjoyable and
more importantly, you will stay satisfied without the empty calories.
